Kay is an experienced manager with a background spanning education, youth justice, youth work, and social work. Skilled in communication, inclusive engagement, adaptive practice, project management, applied research, and strategic problem-solving.
Kay is committed to upholding young people’s rights, with a strong focus on ensuring their voice and influence shape the design and delivery of services.
Kay currently manages Our Voice, Kirklees Council’s participation group for children and young people, supporting them to engage meaningfully in decision-making, co-produce resources, and influence policy across local services.
